Get360HR Privacy Notice
This notice explains how personal data is handled when Get360HR is used for authorized human-resources, attendance, leave, performance, training, workplace-request, reporting, and payroll workflows.
Who is responsible for the data
For the workforce records of LuxeBeaute International Academy Inc., LuxeBeaute International Academy Inc. is the personal information controller. If another authorized organization administers a Get360HR workspace, that organization may be the controller for its workforce records, and Get360HR administrators process the records only for the authorized service and support purposes defined by that organization.
Data we may process
Depending on an employee's role and the modules enabled, Get360HR may process identity and contact details, employment and organizational records, schedules and attendance, leave and overtime records, compensation and payroll inputs, statutory and tax-related details, performance and training records, workplace requests, account-security information, approval history, and technical audit logs.
Why the data is processed
Data is processed to administer the employment relationship, meet contractual and legal obligations, provide requested HR services, calculate and review payroll-related inputs, protect accounts and records, investigate disputes, maintain auditability, and support legitimate organizational operations. Where consent is the proper lawful basis, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn subject to applicable law and operational requirements.
Access and disclosure
Access is limited by role and business need. Information may be disclosed to authorized HR, payroll, finance, management, IT and compliance personnel; contracted service providers subject to appropriate safeguards; and government authorities when disclosure is required or permitted by law. Get360HR is not intended to sell employee personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Security and retention
Organizational, physical, and technical safeguards are applied according to the sensitivity of the records, including controlled access, authentication, audit trails, backups, and change review. Records are retained only for the period required by their declared purpose, applicable employment and tax rules, legitimate business needs, or the establishment and defense of legal claims, then securely disposed of or anonymized.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, data subjects may request information about processing and may exercise rights of access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, data portability, complaint, and damages where the legal requirements are met. Requests may require identity verification to protect the record from unauthorized access.

Contact the authorized HR administrator or Data Protection Officer through the organization's official channels. You may also learn about data-subject rights and complaint procedures through the National Privacy Commission.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when processing activities, safeguards, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate system or organizational channel.
