Get360HR Terms of Use
These terms govern authorized access to Get360HR as operated for LuxeBeaute International Academy Inc. and participating organizations. Employment contracts, company policies, payroll rules, and applicable law continue to apply and prevail where they impose additional requirements.
Authorized organizational use
Get360HR is provided for legitimate HR and business operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, performance, training, workplace requests, reporting, and payroll-related workflows. Users may access only the organization, employee records, modules, and actions permitted by their assigned role.
Account responsibility
Keep credentials and verification codes confidential, use accurate account information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Actions performed through an authenticated account may be recorded in audit logs and used for operational review, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Records, submissions, and approvals
Users must submit complete and truthful information. Attendance, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, approvals, disputes, and corrections remain subject to authorized review and applicable company policy. A displayed value is not final merely because it appears in the system; only the applicable approved lifecycle state is authoritative.
Prohibited activity
Users must not bypass access controls, impersonate another person, alter records without authority, introduce harmful code, scrape or export data outside an authorized purpose, interfere with service availability, or use Get360HR for unlawful, deceptive, or unrelated commercial activity.
Service operation and third parties
Reasonable safeguards, backups, and change controls are maintained, but planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Approved infrastructure and service providers may support the platform under appropriate access and confidentiality controls.
Privacy and intellectual property
Personal data is handled under the Get360HR Privacy Notice and applicable organizational policies. The software, branding, documentation, and original platform materials may not be copied, resold, reverse engineered, or redistributed except where expressly authorized by law or written agreement.
Suspension, changes, and governing law
Access may be restricted or suspended to protect people, records, or the platform; to investigate misuse; or to comply with an authorized organizational decision or legal requirement. These terms may be updated with appropriate notice. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
